About the Role
As our patient Coordinator, you are the face (and voice) of our practice. Your primary mission is to act as a bridge between a patient's initial enquiry and their clinical appointments. You will guide potential patients through their options, answer their questions with confidence, and ensure our diary stays full of high-value treatments. You will also be required to work in reception occasionally to allow to be visible and to be able to meet our patient base in person.

Your Core Responsibilities
Lead Management: Promptly respond to and manage incoming enquiries via phone, email, and digital platforms.
Relationship Building: Develop a genuine rapport with prospective patients to understand their goals and dental concerns.
CRM Excellence: Maintain accurate records within our patient management system to ensure timely follow-ups and data-driven results.
Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with our clinicians and front-of-house team to provide a seamless transition for the patient including achieving and exceeding our sales targets.
Performance Tracking: Monitor your conversion rates and contribute ideas to refine our outreach strategies.
Who We Are Looking For
Proven Experience: You have a background in sales, hospitality, or a service-oriented role where meeting targets was key.
Communication Skills: You are an expert at articulating complex information in a warm, easy-to-understand manner.
Drive & Initiative: You are self-motivated, organized, and enjoy the challenge of exceeding goals.
Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable using CRM software and digital communication tools.
Positive Attitude: You bring an empathetic and professional energy to the workplace every day.
Note: While dental knowledge is a plus, we provide comprehensive training for the right candidate.
